OUR STORY
Founded in 2004 by Gwen and J.R. Strickland, Faith Jewelers has been part of the Murray Hill neighborhood of Jacksonville for more than two decades. With over 30 years of experience in the jewelry industry, Gwen built the business with a commitment to exceptional service, beautifully hand-selected jewelry, and helping customers celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. J.R., a retired K-9 officer with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, helped establish Faith Jewelers with the values that still define it today: integrity, service, and family. Although J.R. passed away in 2025, his legacy remains woven into the story of Faith Jewelers. Today, that legacy continues through their son, John-Frazier, who specializes in custom jewelry design, and Gwen’s niece, Kerrie Cameron, whose role reflects the warmth and family spirit at the heart of the business.
What began as a family vision has grown into a trusted jewelry destination with a team of ten, including two full-time bench jewelers. Faith Jewelers offers a thoughtfully curated collection of fine jewelry, along with custom design, expert jewelry and watch repair, appraisal services, engraving, and personal guidance for every occasion. From engagement rings and wedding bands to lab-created and natural diamonds, colored gemstones, pearls, and fine jewelry in platinum, gold, and silver, we are honored to help our customers celebrate love, milestones, and everyday beauty with pieces meant to be treasured for years to come.
